Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY 1. Booking and Prepayment To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment is required. 2. Additional Conditions - Early (before 9:30 AM) or late (after 6:00 PM) services have a 20% surcharge. - On-location services include a 20% surcharge plus €0.23/km travel costs from 2562 NE, The Hague. - If late by over 15 minutes, full service cannot be guaranteed. 3. Cancellation and Refund - Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are refundable. Otherwise, the prepayment is non-refundable. - If the artist cancels or reschedules, the client can choose a refund or a new date. 4. No-Show Missed appointments without notice forfeit the prepayment. 5. Exceptions Emergencies or illness may allow flexibility at the artist’s discretion. 6. Companions Guests (kids, partners, pets) are only allowed with prior approval. --- BRIDAL SERVICES POLICY 1. Booking and Prepayment Bridal services require a 50% prepayment to secure the date. 2. Travel Expenses Travel costs (€0.23/km) from 2562 NE, The Hague must be covered by the bride. 3. Space Requirements The bride must provide a private room for makeup and hairstyling, free from interruptions. 4. Look Approval The bride alone approves the final look. Others’ opinions are not considered. 5. Cancellation and Refund - Cancellations 14+ days before the wedding: 50% refund. - Cancellations under 14 days: no refund. - If the artist cancels, a full refund is issued. 6. Exceptions Emergencies on either side may allow for special arrangements.
