Whether held online or in person, this consultation helps us align every detail in advance so that your wedding day runs smoothly and beautifully. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Prepayment: To reserve bridal makeup and/or hairstyling services, a prepayment of 50% of the total service cost is required. This confirms the reservation of time and efforts by the muah for this specific date. 2. Reimbursement of Travel Expenses: The bride is entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses (0.23 €/km) associated with the makeup artist's journey to the designated location. The cost of travel is calculated from the postcode 2562 NE in The Hague. 3. Availability of a Free Room: The bride undertakes to provide a free place for makeup and hairstyling services. Bridal makeup and/or hairstyling are carried out in a closed room without the intervention of third parties (pets, kids, guests etc). The venue must be closed to provide privacy and comfort for the bride during the wedding preparation. 4. Approval of Makeup and Hairstyle: The bride personally approves the makeup and hairstyle. Suggestions from other individuals regarding the bride's appearance are not considered during the trial makeup session or on the wedding day. Any adjustments and changes are made at the bride's discretion. 5. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation by the Bride: In case of service cancellation at least 14 days before the wedding date, half of the prepayment will be refunded. Cancellation less than 14 days before the wedding date will result in a deduction of 100% of the prepayment as compensation for lost income. Cancellation by the Makeup Artist or Hairstylist: In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of services by the makeup artist or hairstylist, the entire prepayment will be refunded to the bride. 6. Exceptions: In cases of emergency situations or urgent circumstances arising for the bride or the makeup artist, an exception may be made to this policy by mutual agreement.
